Reinforcing JetBlue’s commitment to the customer experience in the face of a revised fare structure

The experience of flying today is dissatisfying for many travelers.
This feeling inevitably surfaces when airlines add fees, and only seem to take more away, rather than investing in the experience to make flying better.

Solution

The JetBlue You Above All Tumblr microsite will communicate JetBlue’s superior flying experience through the journeys of individual travelers. 

We will add YOU, to the You Above All campaign by building a Tumblr experience spanning media types (written, video, photography, graphic), and which help the following types of travelers understand how JetBlue invests in their specific journey:  casual travelers, business executives, families, and vacationers.

The site will also act as a helpful resource for travelers who want to understand the various and unique amenities that apply to their specific form of travel.
